Essential Functions These are the job duties required of the position.Essential Functions- Supervises the activities of academic records staff engaged in the creation and management of all relevant student records for the University.
- Maintains student academic records in Banner.
- Verifies, corrects, and images documents related to student academic records.
- Assists with the building and management of (TES) Transfer Equivalency System.
- Provides training and support for TES users across campus.
- Processes transfer credit evaluations and responds in a timely manner to student and department inquiries.
- Assists with end of term grading.
- Produces student records and accesses the National Student Clearinghouse to send student transcripts.
- Processes Study Abroad and international transcripts.
- Reports student grades to MyCAA and Al military portals.
- Presents Registrar Office services to parents at New Student Orientation.
- Presents FERPA information to departments on campus.
- Interacts by phone, letter, email, or in person with students, parents, and various University departments.
- Assists with University commencement ceremonies.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required.
- Related duties as required.
