Join Our Team!We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician to help keep our production lines running smoothly and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you’ll repair, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment while ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-quality production environment.If you enjoy solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges and want to be part of a fast-moving manufacturing team, we’d love to hear from you!What You’ll DoTroubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment (both electrical and mechanical).Perform and document preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.Conduct regular inspections to identify issues early and keep equipment running efficiently.Verify that all safety covers, guards, and devices are in place and operating correctly.Support other mechanics/electricians and assist department supervisors as needed.Complete detailed work reports after each assignment.Train other team members on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures. Qualifications and requirements:Associate’s degree (A.A.) in a related field, or 2–5 years of relevant experience in processing or packaging machinery/equipment.Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and PLC programming.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
