WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Perform floor care services such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and general floor maintenanceTravel to different facilities as assigned per shiftSafely operate cleaning equipment and company vehiclesMaintain a clean, professional appearance at all job sites
What It Takes To Be Successful
- 1+ years of floor technician experience is preferredWorking knowledge of multiple hard floor surfaces (marble, granite, VCT, etc.)Working knowledge of carpet cleaning procedures (shampooing, extracting, bonneting)Planning / scheduling, problem solvingTime management skillsProven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate and follow-up
