The Role

Roving Floor Care Technician – Night Shift (5pm-1:30am) Looking for a dependable night-shift role with consistent hours and competitive pay? Join our team as a Roving Floor Care Technician!

 

You’ll travel to different facilities each shift in a company vehicle, ensuring floors are clean, polished, and well-maintained.

 

Pay: $21.50/hour

 

What You’ll Need:

A valid driver’s license and comfort driving a company vehicle

Flexibility to work at different locations per shift

Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic


WHAT YOU WILL DO
    Perform floor care services such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and general floor maintenance

    Travel to different facilities as assigned per shift

    Safely operate cleaning equipment and company vehicles

    Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all job sites


What It Takes To Be Successful
    1+ years of floor technician experience is preferredWorking knowledge of multiple hard floor surfaces (marble, granite, VCT, etc.)Working knowledge of carpet cleaning procedures (shampooing, extracting, bonneting)Planning / scheduling, problem solvingTime management skillsProven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate and follow-up
