Supply Chain Analyst
The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical analytical role supporting clients across Group O’s supply chain solutions, with a particular focus on warehousing operations, device lifecycle management, and complex distribution programs. The analyst partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Systems, and Business Development teams to support process optimization, project implementation, business development opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives, while helping leadership understand trade-offs between cost, service levels, scalability, and operational risk. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in supply chain fundamentals, disciplined attention to detail, demonstrates a strategic mindset, is eager to learn, and is comfortable supporting high-volume, high-complexity supply chain programs.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Perform efficiency analysis, pricing analysis, and cost-to-serve reviews
- Support pricing assumptions and financial models for existing and future business
- Develop, maintain, and own recurring operational and financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to inventory, warehousing, transportation, and service performance
- Build Excel-based models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Prepare leadership-ready slide decks, dashboards, and analytical summaries
- Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
- Support small to medium-sized projects, including timeline tracking, coordination, and status reporting
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex data into actionable insights
Secondary Functions:
- Support business development efforts with analytical support, pricing validation, and operational modeling for new programs or customers
- Assist with ad-hoc analyses and special projects as requested by Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Development leadership
- Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, analytical models, and standard processes
- Support supply chain teams across warehousing, distribution, and device lifecycle programs as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Analytics, or related business disciplines
- Emphasis on data analysis & quantitative reasoning preferred (e.g. minor in information systems, data analytics)
- Will also consider industrial engineering & data science backgrounds
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a supply chain, operations, analytics, or finance-related role (internship or co-op experience may be considered)
- Exposure to warehousing, distribution, logistics, or device lifecycle operations preferred
- Experience supporting Fortune 500 customers or complex, high-volume programs is a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups, and basic financial and operational modeling
- Experience developing operational and financial dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and extracting data (nice to have)
- Familiarity with ERP and WMS environments and how data flows through reporting systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to leadership and customers
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Comfortable collaborating across functions and levels of the organization
