Also involves some job-related travel (less than 10% of time); exposure to risk of injury from moving, lifting, or positioning patients, equipment, or materials; and exposure to hazardous chemicals and fumes including waste, and blood-borne or airborne pathogens.ShiftShift varies from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Hours and days of the week are subject to change based on the needs and growth of the department. Fully Remote schedule option available.Job SummaryThis position will provide a variety of specialty pharmacy services including obtaining prior authorizations, enrolling patients’ in financial support programs, and coordinating first time dispenses and refills for specialty medications prescribed within UK HealthCare. You will work closely with nurses, physicians, and UK Specialty Pharmacy staff to improve access to medications for a variety of sub specialty disease states.
This position is eligible for a recruitment bonus.
