Job Summary
The Compensation department in UK HR is looking for a STEPS Compensation Analyst.

This role’s key responsibilities are:
  • Support the design, administration, and ongoing evaluation of compensation programs for a healthcare organization
  • Conduct market pricing
  • Job evaluations
  • Data analysis

This role’s key responsibilities help support the hiring, promotions, reclassification’s, and annual compensations processes while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The STEPS Compensation Analyst partners closely with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to ensure pay practices are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with organizational strategy.
