Position Summary:

This Executive Assistant role is a critical partnership position supporting the Chief Marketing Officer at SPS Commerce. The impact of this role is felt every day — in how time is managed, decisions are prepared, and priorities stay focused. The right EA brings structure, clarity, and calm to a fast-moving executive environment. You’ll work closely with a senior leader, helping ensure the right work gets attention, meetings are intentional, and commitments move forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with the CMO to manage a complex executive calendar and proactively resolve conflicts

  • Anticipate needs and make thoughtful recommendations to optimize time and focus

  • Coordinate meetings, offsites, and executive travel, including leadership and customer engagements

  • Prepare materials, track follow-ups, and support execution of key priorities

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact across leaders, teams, and partners

  • Navigate shifting priorities with professionalism, discretion, and adaptability

  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and judgment

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting senior leaders (VP+; C-suite exposure preferred)

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong judgment and comfort making recommendations

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating modern tools and information flow

  • Relationship-oriented, respectful, and proactive

  • Comfortable working in the office and closely with leaders

  • Adaptable, steady, and proud of your EA craft

Location:

This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our Minneapolis office.

What We Offer:  

At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.

The annual salary target for this role is: $75,000 - $85,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
