Communications Specialist



The Director's Office of the University Center for International Studies | Pitt Global is seeking a Communications Specialist to assist in developing web and print content and marketing materials for the communications team. Duties include:

  • Assisting with content and marketing development for web and print media including, but not limited to, writing, editing, research, web graphics and templates, social media, signs and banners, reports, templates, and other print collateral.
  • Supporting the communications team by assisting in the creation of presentations, including templates and graphics, compiling and standardizing slides, and ensuring design and branding consistency.
  • Supporting the communications team by assisting in the production of marketing materials, including newsletters, flyers, brochures, and course materials.
  • Maintaining and updates applicable databases in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Supporting events and promotions, including vendor contact, interfacing with clients and designers

    as needed, developing materials, and milestone deliverables.


A bachelor's degree plus 1 year of related experience is required.
