DPCG is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to serve as the Operational Security (OPSEC) Subject Matter Expert supporting the DAMO-SO offices. This role provides strategic analysis and policy support for Army OPSEC initiatives, with a strong emphasis on cyber-related concepts, capabilities, and acquisition planning. The Senior Program Analyst will research and evaluate OPSEC concept plans and material solutions, develop formal written recommendations, and assess impacts across doctrine, organization, materiel, leadership, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF).
Be the Operational Security (OPSEC) Subject Matter Expert to the DAMO-SO offices.
Research and analyze OPSEC concept plans and develop written recommendations on Cyber related areas.
Support the Army Cyberspace Council (ACyC) developing strategy and policy for Army OPSEC requirements, capabilities and acquisition in coordination with other OPSEC stakeholders.
Review and analyze current OPSEC material solutions and provide written recommendations, in memorandum format, on its impact on policy and doctrine, organization, material, leadership, personnel, and facilities.
Conduct organizational studies and evaluations.
Design systems and procedures.
Conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Maintain the highest professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Ability to interact with Senior Members of the Army Staff, to include the Executive Office of the Headquarters.
Mission oriented and requires minimal supervision in the fast paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters.
Must have the ability to work within Government provided software packages with emphasis on MS products, for example, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Detail-oriented with technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Required Clearance:
ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret with ability to maintain SCI access
Education and Experience:
Must have Master’s Degree.
Ten (10) years’ experience.
